Day One (Dinner)  Los Angeles Bound

Today you will be whisked from your gateway airport to “The City Of Angels!” Upon arrival you will be transferred to your hotel in beautiful Long Beach, California. Our hotel for the next five nights is the Hyatt Regency Hotel Long Beach. A special welcome dinner is included this evening in the outstanding dining room at the hotel. After dinner enjoy reserved seats for the seasonal splendor of The Glory of Christmas performance at Crystal Cathedral. The nativity unfolds with colorful wonder through the creative blend of Christmas carols, pageantry of live animals, flying angels and special effects.

Day Two (Buffet Breakfast, Lunch)

Following a delicious buffet breakfast we will depart for “Light’s, Action, Camera Los Angeles” City Tour. This morning’s sightseeing tour today highlights will include Los Angeles, Beverly Hills, and, of course; Hollywood. Lunch today is in exclusive Beverly Hills, at The Famous Lawry’s Prime Rib Restaurant. This afternoon you have a choice of what you want to see! Enjoy The Getty Center. Encounter breathtaking views of the nearby Santa Monica Mountains and the snow-capped San Gabriels, downtown skyscrapers, the Palos Verdes peninsula and Catalina Island. You’ll see paintings by many of the most familiar masters-Rembrandt, Goya, Monet and Cezanne, to name a few. Or choose to tour the statuesque Queen Mary. Berthed in Long Beach Harbor she is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. You will experience all of the marvelous wonders of this ship on a special guided tour.

Day Three (Buffet Breakfast, Dinner)

Another delicious full American buffet breakfast begins our day. Today is your choice to visit Universal Studios or the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library. Universal is the world’s biggest and busiest movie studio! Here you will take a riding tram tour including behind the scenes of this working studio. You will also have time to enjoy the variety of entertaining shows, rides and other attractions inside the park. Don’t miss taking a stroll down City Walk where you can enjoy a variety of shops and restaurants. If you visit the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library you will be able to revisit the legacy of one of America’s greatest Presidents. Admission for a self-guided tour and lunch are included. This evening put on your best threads as we bring in the New Year at our Exclusive New Year’s Eve Party including dining, dancing, and even some casino action. What do you want to see? It’s Your choice! Each day in order to make your tour more personalized you will be allowed to choose the attractions that best suits your likes. What ever tour you choose don’t fret because each one is fully escorted to insure your satisfaction and comfort.

Day Four (Breakfast, Brunch)

This morning we will depart the hotel early for 120th Annual Tournament Of Roses Parade. Breakfast will be served “on-the-go” this morning. View the parade from your reserved grandstand seats including a souvenir seat cushion. You will see the giant floral floats, hear the many marching bands and yes smell the scent of millions of roses and other flowers that make this The Parade of All Parades. Following the Parade we will depart for a scrumptious New Year’s Day Champagne Brunch. The remainder of the day is at your leisure. You will have time to explore all the shops and activities within walking distance of the Hyatt Regency Hotel.

Day Five (Buffet Breakfast, Dinner)

Following a delicious full American buffet breakfast we will depart on our day of enjoyment. First, we revisit the floats from yesterday up close. You will be able to see, touch, and photograph these gigantic but beautiful works of art. One of today’s choices of afternoon tours are Crystal Cathedral guided tour. This is a great opportunity to explore and photograph this world-famous glass church during the daylight. Your guided tour takes you inside the 3,000 seat cathedral, see the gardens and grounds and the mirrored steeple which houses a 52-bell carillon. Or choose the Aquarium of the Pacific with a spectacular array of over 10,000 marine- life specimens, representing more than 550 different species. Situated at the water’s edge of Rainbow Harbor in Long Beach, the Aquarium of the Pacific provides a close encounter with the mysteries of the sea. This world-class aquarium celebrates the infinite astonishing treasures of the planet’s largest, most diverse and spectacular body of water, the Pacific Ocean. Tonight we will meet up with fellow tour passengers for a wonderful Farewell Dinner complete with entertainment.

Day Six (Buffet Breakfast)

A full American breakfast buffet will be offered this morning before we board our flight to return home, but not before we reflect on the many sights and sounds of Our Rose Parade and New Year’s Eve Extravaganza.
