You asked to have your online bill pay product taken out of the drop down menu at the top of your online banking screen, and given a separate access option. You will find we have upgraded the first page of online banking to add an option below your accounts listing giving you separate and direct access to your online bill paying module. You will see the words "List of Online Bill Payment accounts", which is your entry to the easiest, most convenient way to make your payments. If you haven't already, we encourage you to spend just a few minutes to learn about this option by clicking on "View Online Banking Tutorial" and selecting the "Online Bill Pay" option.
