This morning we depart via deluxe motor coach to Branson with our first stop in Springfield for lunch at Rivals. Upon arrival in Branson you will enjoy free time for shopping at Branson Landing. After checking into the Welk Resort you will have time to freshen up before our dinner at the Stage Door Restaurant. After dinner we will enjoy the "Wunnerful, Wunnerful" original cast members of America's longest running musical variety show, the Lawrence Welk Show, during the Welk Stars Reunion. The remainder of the evening is yours to enjoy on your own.
Thursday, September 4 (B, L)
After a hearty breakfast at the Stage Door Restaurant we are off to The Branson Variety Theater. The Twelve Irish Tenors features twelve handsome, incredibly talented young men showcasing their exceptional harmonies while performing some of the greatest music of the 20th century. Then we are off for some lunch and nostalgia at Dick Clark's Grill and '57 Heaven. '57 Heaven is the world's largest collection of flawless, exquisite 1957 automobiles and memorabilia. Step back in time as you tour this awesome display set in a recreated "Hometown America" - including a drive-in movie, fire station, barbershop, gas station, Cadillac dealership and more.
