The following individuals serve on the Board of Directors of the Bank of Sullivan.

Mike Hoffman - Chairman, President & Chief Executive Officer
Is President and Chief Executive Officer of the Bank of Sullivan. Hoffman has served on the Board since 2004; he has been with the bank since 1997 and has been in banking since 1991. Hoffman, a 1989 graduate of Missouri State University (B.S. Financial Management), also attended the Graduate School of Banking in Colorado and Missouri School of Banking at Springfield. Hoffman also serves on the Spring Bluff school board and the Missouri Baptist Sullivan Hospital board. He is a member of Rotary and various civic and youth groups. Hoffman and his three children reside in Sullivan. |

Milt Branum
Branum was president of Bank of Sullivan from 1990 to 2011, leading the bank to nearly triple in size during his tenure. He served as Chairman of the Board form August of 2011 to January of 2013, when he retired from the Chairman position. Under Branum’s leadership the Bank of Sullivan opened their second location in Sullivan, and branches in Cuba, Union and Labadie. Branum is married to wife, Ginny; they have two grown children and six grandchildren. |

Albert Schlueter
Has been a member of the Board of Directors of Bank of Sullivan since 1986. Schlueter is a retired attorney. A graduate of St. Louis University (BS 1961) (LLD 1964) He and his wife, Susan, reside in Creve Coeur Missouri and have four grown children and six grandchildren. |

Jim Lechten
Has served on the Board of Directors of Bank of Sullivan since 1998. Lechten is retired from the Sullivan M.F.A. and presently enjoys farming. He and his wife, Rosemary, reside on a farm in the Japan area and have two grown children and four grandchildren. |

Melvin King
Has served on the Bank of Sullivan’s board since 1999. King is Chairman of the Board at Missouri Baptist Hospital of Sullivan as well as on the Board of Trustees at the Missouri Baptist Medical Center in St. Louis; he is currently serving on the board for Crawford Electric Co-Op which he has served on since 2003. He is a lifetime member of the Sullivan V.F.W. and the Sullivan Masonic Lodge. He is a charter member of the Wm. S. Harney Mansion Association and the Sullivan Patron of the Arts. He has been a member of New Testament Baptist Church since 1972. King resides in Sullivan with his wife, Sue; they have two grown children and five grandchildren. |

J. Douglas Strauser
Was named to the Bank of Sullivan Board in 1999. He is the founder of; Strauser Drugs in Sullivan, Linn Drugs in Linn, I.S. Land and Strauser Properties L.L.C. and a co-founder of the Sullivan Emergency Assistance Fund. He is currently a member of the Sullivan Chamber of Commerce, Missouri Pharmacy Association and International Academy of Compounding Pharmacists. He has served as Mayor of Sullivan, past Alderman of Ward 3, and past President of the Sullivan C-2 School District Board of Education. Strauser is a graduate of the St. Louis College of Pharmacy (1976). He and his wife, Joan, reside in Sullivan and have four children and two grandchildren. |

Matt Tiefenbrunn
Dr. Tiefenbrunn a life long resident of Sullivan was appointed to the Board in January 2009. He is a graduate of Sullivan High School; he attended Washington University and received his undergraduate degree. Tiefenbrunn went to the University of Missouri for medical school and completed his residency at Duke University Medical Center. He did a fellowship at the University of Tennessee in Memphis. In 1999 he returned to Sullivan to start his private medical practice. He has been on the board of Patients First since 2011. Past Chief of Staff at Missouri Baptist Sullivan Hospital. Active with his farm that raises registered Angus Cattle. Dr. Tiefenbrunn, his wife, Mia, and their six children reside in Sullivan. |

Dale Cottrell
Dale Cottrell, appointed to the board in 2011, has been a longtime resident of Sullivan. He is a graduate of Sullivan High School; he attended Missouri State and received his MBA from Webster University. He is an avid sports fan; he enjoys watching his three children in their activities and games. Cottrell joined the Bank of Sullivan in 1997 working as a teller while in high school and attending East Central College until 1999. He returned to the Bank in 2001 as a lender and is currently a Senior Vice President and Chief Operations Officer. Cottrell is currently serving on the Industrial Development Authority and Planning & Zoning Committee in Sullivan. |

Steve Dickey
Steve Dickey, owner of Dickey Bub Farm and Home, Outdoor Gear and Dickey Properties resides in St. Clair with his wife, Denise. Dickey, elected to the board in 2011, attended East Central College and Missouri State. He is a member of the Union, Sullivan and Eureka Chamber of Commerce. Dickey has over 35 years in the retail business and experience in the real estate investment area. The Dickey’s are members of Immaculate Conception Catholic church in Union and are involved in the St. Frances Borgia Catholic School band organization where their youngest daughter is a freshman. They have three other grown children. He enjoys cattle farming, motorcycle riding and is an avid Cardinals and Rams fan. |

Cliff Dudley
Cliff Dudley, a native Sullivan resident, graduated from Sullivan High School going on to receive his Bachelor of Human Environmental Sciences degree in Consumer and Family Economics from the University of Missouri, Columbia, in 1993. Dudley successfully completed the graduate study program from Webster University, St. Louis, where he received his M.B.A. degree in 2001. He also has a background in sales, purchasing and insurance. Dudley, joined the board in 2011, he has been with the Bank of Sullivan since 2000 and is currently a Senior Vice President and is also the Chief Financial Officer and Branch Manager of the I-44 location in Sullivan. He enjoys coaching youth football. Dudley, his wife, Vivian, and their three children make Sullivan their home. |

Kevin Mullally
Kevin Mullally is President and CEO of Mullally Distributing Company located in Cuba Missouri. Mullally, accepted a position on the Bank of Sullivan board in 2011. He has been very active in the Cuba community. He is an active member of the Missouri and National Beer Wholesalers Associations. Mullally is also a staff member of Showtime Pyrotechnics, assisting in the design, choreography, and presentation of pyro musical firework displays. Mullally and wife, Sarah, reside in Cuba. They have three grown children and one grandchild. |

Dave Schatz
Dave Schatz, State Representative for the 61st District, is Vice President of Schatz Underground, Inc. and joined the bank board in 2011. Schatz, a 1982 graduate of Sullivan High School, is a lifelong resident of the Sullivan and Spring Bluff area, where he formerly served on the Board of Education for the Spring Bluff School District. He is an active member of Temple Baptist Church, where he has served on the board there as well. Currently, Schatz spends much of his time being a mentor in the community to young individuals at Sullivan High School and to a group of collegiate men. He has volunteered as coach for junior football, baseball, boys and girls basketball. Schatz and his wife, Chara, have five children. |

Leonard Armstrong
Leonard Armstrong joined the bank board in 2012. He is a lifelong resident of the Bourbon area. He is retired and enjoys farming. He has vast experience in the contracting, hardware & lumber business. He also has 35 years in the banking industry both in Sullivan and Bourbon. He currently serves on the Bourbon Area Community Center and the Crawford County Enhanced Enterprise Zone. He is a current member and past president of the Crawford County Cattleman’s Association and past board member of the Autumn Age Homes in Bourbon. Armstrong and his wife, Brenda, have 6 grown children and 20 grandchildren. |
