John Waller - Chairman of The Board
Occupies the position of Chairman of the Board of Bank of Sullivan, St. Clair Bancshares and Mid Missouri Holding Company Inc. and serves on the board of W & M Restaurant Inc. W & M Properties Inc. Waller graduated from St. Louis University in 1948 with a degree in law (LLD). Mr. Waller was a U.S Navy flier, teaching instrument flying in Pensacola, Florida and Atlanta Naval Air Station. Waller has 3 grown children, 4 grandsons and resides in the Sullivan. |

E. Milt Branum - President and Chief Executive Officer
Is President and Chief Executive Officer of Bank of Sullivan. In addition to serving on the Board of Bank of Sullivan he also sits on the Board of Farmers and Merchants Bank in St. Clair. Branum is actively involved in the Sullivan Community as a member of the Steering committee for Habitat for Humanity and serves on the Board of the Sheltered Workshop, and The Franklin County Children, Family and Mental Health Board of Trustees. Branum was named president of Bank of Sullivan in 1990 since then the Bank of Sullivan has nearly tripled its size under his guidance and leadership. Branum resides in the Sullivan area with his wife Ginny, they have two grown children. |

Albert Schlueter
Has been a member of the Board of Directors of Bank of Sullivan since 1986. Schlueter is a practicing Attorney with offices in Clayton Missouri. He is president of Bobber Restaurant Inc., Boonville, Missouri and serves on the Board of First Financial Planners Inc. A graduate of St. Louis University (BS 1961) (LLD 1964) He and his wife Susan reside in Creve Coeur Missouri and have four grown children and four grandchildren. |

Ed Wallis
Was appointed to the Bank of Sullivan Board in 1988. He is presently retired but still enjoys cattle farming. Wallis is active in the Farm Bureau; he is an advisor to the University of Missouri Extension Center and is a member of the Cattleman's Association. Wallis and his wife Marilyn live in Bourbon and have 4 grown children and three grandchildren. |

Jim Lechten
Has served on the Board of Directors of Bank of Sullivan since 1998. Lechten is retired from the Sullivan M.F.A. and presently enjoys farming. He is a member of the Franklin County Board of Zoning Adjustments. He and his wife Rosemary reside on a farm in the Japan area and have two grown children and two grandchildren. |

Melvin King
Has served on the Board of Bank of Sullivan since 1999. King is the owner of the Bobber Restaurant, Inc. in Booneville, Missouri. As a civic leader he is actively involved in the Sullivan V.F.W., Sullivan Masonic Lodge, Sullivan Chamber of Commerce and the Wm. S. Harney Mansion Association. Affiliations include Missouri Baptist Sullivan Hospital and Crawford Electric Co-Op. King resides in Sullivan with his wife Sue, they have two grown children. |

J. Douglas Strauser
Was named to the Bank of Sullivan Board in 1999. He is owner of Strauser Drugs in Sullivan, Linn Drugs in Linn, Missouri, I.S. Land and Strauser Properties L.L.C. He is currently a member of the Sullivan Chamber of Commerce, Missouri Pharmacy Association, International Academy of Compounding Pharmacists and serves as President of the Sullivan C-2 School District Board of Education. Strauser is a graduate of the St. Louis college of Pharmacy (1976). He and his wife Joan reside in Sullivan and have 4 children. |

Carol Markham
Joined the Bank of Sullivan Board in 2003. She is Senior Vice President of Bank of Sullivan and Mid-Missouri Holding Company, as well as Secretary of both corporations. She was a charter member of the Franklin County Legal Secretaries Association. She also serves on the World Missions board for Covenant Praise Church of God. Markham and husband Jerry reside in Sullivan, they have one grown child. |

John Moroney
Has been a board member of the Bank of Sullivan since 2004. He is also President of W & M Restaurants, Inc. and an owner of W & M Properties. He is a member of the Union Chamber of Commerce and past President of the Union Little League. He is a graduate of East Central College. Moroney and his wife Jeannine reside in Union and have three children. |

Mike Hoffman
Executive Vice President of Bank of Sullivan has served on the Board since 2004. Hoffman, a 1989 graduate of Southwest Missouri State University (B.S. Financial Management) also attended the Graduate School of Banking University of Colorado and Missouri School of Banking at Springfield. He has been in banking since 1991 and joined the Bank of Sullivan in 1997. He is a member of Rotary and various youth sports programs. Hoffman and his three children reside in Sullivan. |

Charlie Butler
Elected to the board January 2007. Butler is President of Farmers and Merchants Bank a "sister" bank with a common ownership since 1991. He is graduate of the University of Wisconsin School of Banking and the University of Nebraska School of Commercial Lending. In 2006 Butler was named President of the Missouri Independent Bankers Association. He and his wife Connie have raised three children and are long time residents of the St. Clair area. |
